Abstract


This study is focused on the development of a material model capable to be used for numerical prediction of life time of mechanical structures. Starting from a classical stress-strain dataset a damage model will be implemented and the influence over the results will be evaluated.

Tensile tests, DIC, XRD and Finite Elements Analysis are the methods employed by this study, aimed to provide the most accurate results and solutions
