School transportation involves many discussions and problems in the present moment across the world. Everyone of us is a user, a provider, or is affected by school transportation (public or private) at some time during our daily travels. Many school children and students travel to and from schools using personal vehicles driven by adults or teenagers than by school bus, contributing to traffic congestion and putting primary school children at risk. The present paper studies a school bus transportation system implementation for Cernavodă city, in order to solve the problems related to mobility at the rush hours. A school transportation system strategy is economically beneficial to provide lower transportation cost per user and also a safety mode for school children mobility.
